About our home

At Mountview, we offer 24 hour residential and dementia care in surroundings which create a great place to live. We pride ourselves in making a real difference to the lives of our residents, going beyond just meeting their expectations through to the aspirational choices we provide in our person-centred care.

By putting an active lifestyle at the heart of the home, our caring and highly trained staff promote independence, ensuring quality care is received by all our residents at all times. Your stylish en-suite room comes equipped with fitted furniture, a flat screen TV, mini fridge, Wi-Fi access and telephone point, so when you aren’t joining in with an activity in one of our beautiful day spaces, you can enjoy spending time in your room and keep in contact with friends and family whenever you wish.

Conveniently located between Loughborough and Leicester city centre, our care home serves surrounding areas including Quorn, Sileby, Birstall, Syston and Barrow upon Soar.

Mountview can be found just off the M6 on Loughborough Road, less than two miles from the centre of Rothley village. Local attractions include Mountsorrel Meadows Nature Reserve, Stonehurst Farm, and Cossington Lakes.

Public transport

Bus stops close to the home on Loughborough Road connect to Thurmaston, Sileby, Walton-on-the-Wolds, Barrow-upon-Soar and Loughborough. Sileby train station is a short taxi ride away offering routes to Leicester, Cleethorpes and Lincoln.
