The team at Mugdock House were delighted to have received an impressive Care Inspectorate report, which rated the home as ‘Excellent’ in ‘how well do we support people’s wellbeing?’ and ‘Very Good’ in ‘how well is care and support planned?’

The inspectors were full of praise for the team, highlighting the team’s commitment to providing meaningful activity and the one-to-one time spent with Residents. This sentiment was echoed in a host of comments in the report from Residents and their Relatives, including, “staff go out of their way to make the residents feel cared for and valued” and “I would live here, and I can't rate it highly enough. Regardless of what day I come in it’s always the same, great”.
