‘Oh yes, it is!” - Panto time at Sheffield care homeColleagues took to the stage to perform a socially-distanced festive pantomime at HC-One’s Alexander Court care home in Sheffield.

Entertainment in the home has been limited this Christmas due to the coronavirus pandemic, but Colleagues more than made up for it with their very own performance of Cinderella.

The local church very kindly donated costumes and the Colleagues bought a home-panto kit, complete with script, props and music.

After a few stage rehearsals, the amateur actors were ready to perform.

One Resident commented: “Absolutely brilliant! The staff did a great job.”

Colleagues put on the performance of a lifetime and Residents loved seeing the familiar faces putting on a show.

The act was so well-received that Colleagues have now to decided they will put on a new show every year.
