Eight HC-One colleagues, teams and homes from across the UK have been shortlisted as finalists by the judging panel at the National Care Awards 2024.
The National Care Awards are returning for the 26th year and are organised by leading social care publication Caring Times Magazine. The awards celebrate and highlight excellence, rewarding those individuals who work tirelessly to provide consistently outstanding care.
The eight finalists were carefully chosen in recognition of their hard work, kind care shown to residents, relatives and colleagues as well as the dedication and passion they show day-to-day to ensure the people they support receive the best quality care.
HC-One’s finalists for the National Care Awards 2024 are:
• Hazel Southern, Area Director, finalist in the Area Manager of the Year Award Category
• Susan Dodds, Home Manager at Stoneleigh Care Home, finalist in the Home Manager of the Year Award Category
• Jacqueline Johnston, Home Manager at Cold Springs Park Care Home, finalist in the Dementia Care Manager of the Year Award Category
• Jess Lye, Wellbeing Coordinator at Foxton Court Care Home, finalist in the Care Activities Coordinator of the Year Award Category
• Michael Seymour, Maintenance Operative at Victoria House Care Home, finalist in the Care Newcomer of the Year Award Category
• Northview Lodge Care Home, finalists in the Dignity and Respect Care Home of the Year Award Category
• Laura Langridge, Home Manager at Beaconsfield Court Care Home, finalist in the Care Leadership of the Year Award Category
• Sabrina Community at Meadow Bank Care Home, finalists in the Care Team of the Year Award Category
The winners will be announced at the National Care Awards 2024 ceremony will be taking place on Friday, November 29, 2024, at the Platinum Suite in London.
