ZooLab visits Falkirk care home Residents at HC-One’s Kinnaird Manor care home in Falkirk welcomed some weird and wonderful creatures when ZooLab visited the home on Tuesday 3rd September.

Everyone gathered to meet the creatures and creepy crawlies, Residents took turns holding the animals, which included a rat and snake. The ZooLab representative shared facts about the behaviour, diet and natural habitat of the different animals, Residents were surprised to learn about how clever rats are.

A great time was had by all, the highlight of the afternoon was getting to hold the rat and Residents commented on what a pleasure it was to welcome ZooLab in for a visit.

Glynis Crossley, home manager at Kinnaird Manor said: “Thank you to ZooLab for providing such an engaging and informative animal therapy session, it was lovely to see Residents interacting with the animals.”
