Residents at HC-One’s Aston House care home were delighted as they welcome Zoo Lab to the home on Friday 11th October.
Everyone was able to enjoy an encounter with a variety of exotic animals, including pythons, cockroaches, lizards and frogs, which was a great experience.
Residents were so eager to hold and stroke the animals, showing an interest in learning facts about each of the creatures.
Some Residents who were unable to join everyone in the lounge, were delighted as the handlers brought the animals around the home to visit each person.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the animals and engaging with them.
Seema Jose, home manager, commented: “Residents have really enjoyed themselves this afternoon. We love welcoming Zoo Lab to the home, and look forward to their next visit.”
