The Residents at residential and nursing memory care home,
Pennwood Lodge, in Kingswood enjoyed an afternoon of paintings and bonfire quizzes, followed by cake and afternoon tea.
In the evening, the home had a bonfire style tea with French onion soup, hotdogs, toffee apple cheesecake and then they enjoyed the local fireworks display in the comfort of their own home.
Everyone involved liked the quiz and display with one of the Residents commenting, “Wonderful display, beautiful colours. Tell the chef the soup tasted amazing!”
Sarah Daly , Care Home Manager, added, “It is lovely to see the Residents enjoying the activities.”
