Worsley Lodge Residents go “Quackers” for Fluffy Visitors

Care Colleagues and Residents from Worsley Lodge Care home in Manchester were delighted when children from the Stable Day Nursery brought in some fluffy ducklings to visit the home.

The children loved telling our Residents all about the ducklings hatching and growing up and showing them pictures. The Residents really enjoyed listening to the children’s stories and holding the cute ducklings.

Home Manager, Sarah Jane Lyon commented:

“Our Residents loved having the interaction with the children and being able to hold the ducklings. We were delighted to welcome the children, and would love them to come back again. This was a lovely experience for the Residents.”
