Worsley Lodge care home in Worsley, Manchester has demonstrated a great act of kindness to the local community as Residents celebrated Harvest Festival.
Colleagues, Residents and their Relatives collected a variety of non-perishable foods to be distributed around the local community to help those less fortunate.
Members of the local community were delighted to receive the hampers and thanked the home for the lovely gesture.
Anne Bannon, Home Manager at Worsley Lodge, said: “Everyone thoroughly enjoyed celebrating Harvest Festival at Worsley Lodge. It was extremely rewarding to give something back to the local community this year and we are so grateful to everyone who donated.”
