A Resident at HC-One’s Court House care home in Malvern is celebrating his 81st birthday in style.
Peter Carpenter had a lovely day celebrating with Colleagues and Residents at the home. He was presented with an incredible chocolate sponge cake which he happily shared with Residents during afternoon tea.
He also enjoyed lots of window visits from his family as they came to the home to sing happy birthday to him and have a nice chat.
Peter said: “It’s the best birthday I’ve ever had!”
Despite his lockdown birthday, Peter had a wonderful day chatting and laughing with the Residents of the Beacon Unit during their socially distanced tea party.
Court House Home Manager, Jane Pugh, commented: “It was lovely to see the Residents together celebrating as best we can. He had a lovely day given the circumstances and not being able to have family in to celebrate.”
