Cake lovers at Windsor Court care home in Goole, enjoyed a cup of coffee while raising money for charity during the world’s biggest coffee morning.
A range of cakes including date and walnut cake, parkin cake, chocolate cake and fruit loaf were baked and activities were put on to support the annual celebration.
Pat Owen, home manager at HC-One’s Windsor Court commented:
“What a great morning. It was lovely to see Colleagues, Relatives and Residents coming together and raising money for a wonderful cause."
The home managed to raise over £250.00 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Well done everyone!
