Residents at HC-One’s Avon Court care home in Chippenham decided that they would like to send Valentine’s Day cards home this year to let their families know how much they love and miss them.
To help them send their messages, Wellbeing Coordinator, Lyn Neale, organised a crafts session and Residents made their own love heart picture frames to send to their loved ones as a keepsake.
They attached their favourite smiling photo of themselves and wrote a sweet note to send their families love this Valentine’s Day.
John Williams, a Resident at Avon Court, said “What a lovely idea. My wife Ann will be so pleased.”
