Wild day for Falkirk care home ResidentsResidents from HC-One’s Kinnaird Manor care home in Falkirk visited Blair Drummond Safari Park on Wednesday 12th June.

The group explored the park, stopping at all of the different enclosures to see the animal and learn more about their habitats, behaviours and diets. Residents enjoyed watching the sea lion and birds of prey shows, Rita commented that she could watch the owls soar through the air all day.

Everyone headed for lunch the Safari Park restaurant before getting in the minibus for the last part of the trip, which was a lovely drive around the animal reserves, Residents loved seeing lions, monkeys, rhinos, camels and deer all around.

A great time was had by all, with Residents commenting that the highlights of the day were the shows and getting to pet the ponies and alpacas in the farm area.
