Colleagues at Rosebridge care home recently held a coffee and cake morning for Residents and their families to enjoy. It was a wonderful opportunity for Relatives to ask any questions they may have, or discuss any upcoming plans or events within the home.
Residents and family members were able to enjoy various delightful treats such as freshly baked cakes alongside tea and coffee while chatting blissfully into the afternoon amongst one another.
The event was insightful for all in attendance, as Colleagues of the home were able to listen to any concerns the Relatives may have had, as well as take in the positive feedback that was given to them regarding the care and other activities provided. Staff were pleased to receive this feedback, and it was a fantastic way for everyone to interact pro-actively.
One Colleague commented: “it was lovely to see everybody interacting with one another and enjoying themselves, we are already planning another get together for June, and look forward to seeing everyone meet again.”
