Residents and team members at HC-One’s The Gables care home in Whittlesey enjoyed some St Patrick’s Day celebrations on Tuesday 17th March.
Everyone at The Gables came together to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day, a cultural and religious celebration held annually on 17th March to mark the death of the foremost patron saint of Ireland.
Both Residents and staff at the home got in the Irish spirit, with lots of themed games, arts and crafts and decorations. Some Residents showed off their best Irish accent whilst others shared memories of visiting Ireland in their younger days.
