White Rose House care home in Holmfirth teamed up with a local florist to provide a beautiful flower arranging session for Residents.
Suzanne, a representative from Say it with Flowers, taught each Resident how to best arrange their flowers, while providing information about the variety of plants used.
One Resident commented: “I really enjoyed the flower arranging session. I was really proud of my creation at the end of it.”
Marie Richardson, Home Manager at White Rose House, said: “Everyone had a lovely afternoon flower arranging and we are so grateful to Suzanne for taking the time out to teach our Residents. The home looks and smells delightful with all the beautiful flowers on display.”
