Colleagues at HC-One's White Gables care home are embracing a new scheme where at 3.30pm each day, all team members "Down Tools" and go and spend half an hour doing an activity or spending some one on one time with Residents.
This time, Residents and Colleagues enjoyed making cornflake cakes together.
Abba sing-alongs, reading and board games are also on the agenda and Residents love this special time with their favourite carers.
