Residents, colleagues and visitors at White Gables Care Home enjoyed a fantastic music therapy session provided by Music For Health.
There was singing, music quiz questions and noise making with tambourines and other noisy equipment.
The Residents definitely likes the noise making parts of the session bes and let rip with the tambourines and maracas!
Everyone was played a beautiful piece of music by Rachmaninoff, which appeared in the film Brief Encounter, to which they were encouraged to meditate.
This is the third session with Music for Health at White Gables and participation is growing and this will now be a four weekly fixture throughout the year.
