Residents at The Willows care home, in Leicestershire, have been telling Colleagues what they like most about Christmas.
“Everyone enjoyed talking about what Christmas means to them and how they have celebrated in previous years, we had a lovely time talking about it” explained one Colleague.
Some Residents talked about Christmases from when they were only a child themselves, and spending time with their family. Others discussed about how Christmas has changed over the years and what they prefer now and then.
Home Manager, Lisa Chester, said, “Residents and Colleagues alike are in the festive spirit and we were so pleased to hear all the stories from Residents, there have been some brilliant and extraordinary traditions.”
