Wellingborough care home Residents visit carol concert at local schoolTwo Residents from HC-One’s Acacia Lodge care home in Wellingborough kicked off the festive season with a visit to a local schools carol concert on Monday 9th December.

Jean Coleman and George Farmery visited a local school to watch pupils perform a festive Christmas carol concert. The Residents watched as the children sang a vairety of famous hymns, carols and Christmas songs, both even joined in, singing along to their festive favourites.

After the concert, Jean and George enjoyed some seasonal nibbles and beverages as they socialised with other guests and the pupils at the school. They both agreed that it was a wonderful show and were pleased they were invitied to attend.

Farai Maringa, Acacia Lodge Home Manager, commented: “I am so pleased that Jean and George enjoyed the carol concert, they have brought some festive cheer back with them to Acacia Lodge.”
