Wednesbury Care Home enjoys First Cinema Trip with Monthly Dementia Cinema GroupResidents and staff at Dovedale Court Care Home in Wednesbury had a delightful outing as they joined the Monthly Dementia Cinema Group for their first-ever cinema trip. The group attended a special screening of The Greatest Showman, a film that had everyone singing along,

Terri Langford, wellbeing coordinator said:

"Our residents had a lovely time, and we all enjoyed this experience. It’s so wonderful to see them engaging in something they love."

The trip was made even more special with delicious refreshments provided by Walsall Cinema.

Pamela, 85, resident at Dovedale Court, said:

"It was lovely. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to do it again next month"

The outing marked the beginning of what promises to be a regular and cherished event for Dovedale Court residents, offering them a chance to socialize, reminisce, and enjoy a fun-filled activity together.
