Nelly, Joan, June and Audrey, Residents from The Beeches in Doncaster were very honoured and excited to be invited to witness the marriage of the Home Managers Son on Saturday 16th June.
Nelly was very emotional when she heard the Piper as they were entering the church, reminding her of her Scottish parents. It brought back some wonderful memories!
All of the ladies thoroughly enjoyed the service and commented on what a beautiful church it was.
Nelly and June are excited to attend another wedding in August and spoke about ‘wedding fever’ when they returned to the home. The Home Manager was so pleased that they were all able to attend and be part of the special day.
