Watford care home Residents enjoy musical afternoon of exercise

An afternoon of excitement was had at HC-One’s River Court care home as Residents and Colleagues enjoyed an exercise session at the home together.

Energetic music was played whilst Colleagues led Residents in a variety of exercise and dance routines, complete with laughter from all.

The session was enjoyed by all as they tried new exercises they hadn’t attempted before, and learnt a few new dance moves to add to the fun.

One Resident remarked that he had a wonderful time and really enjoyed exercising to the music.

Bijoy Philip, home manager, commented: “Everyone participated in the activity and fully enjoyed themselves, we look forward to trying musical exercise again soon.”
