Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Ash Grange care home enjoyed preparing for a Summer of fun as they took part in a variety of outdoor activities.
Everyone enjoyed taking part in a selection of gardening tasks, from helping to cut the grass, to watering the plants and helping to tidy up the garden in preparation for the sunny weather.
The Residents especially enjoyed this as they felt motivated and encouraged through the wonderful weather they were experiencing, making the activities all the more enjoyable in the sunshine.
One Resident remarked: “I love gardening, this weather reminds me of the days I would enjoy gardening in my home, watering the plants and making it look so colourful.”
