Residents at HC-One’s Ash Grange care home are delighted to be in regular contact with their loved ones, so much so as they have began video calls with them regularly.
During the current circumstances, as homes are unable to welcome Relatives and visitors, Ash Grange were delighted to welcome the idea of video calls between Residents and their loved ones, to ensure they maintain contact each day.
Residents have loved doing this, looking forward to the calls each day and creating cards and messaged to also send out to family members in addition to these calls.
Anita Horton, home manager, commented: “It’s been lovely to see the Residents so happy with their video calls. It’s so important for them to maintain contact with loved ones during this time.”
