Walsall Care Assistant braves the shave for charityTara Fergusson, Care Assistant at HC-One’s Woodcross care home in Walsall shaved her hair to raise money for the British Lung Foundation.

At Woodcross on Friday 28th December, Tara was joined by Residents, Colleagues, friends and family as she bravely had all of her hair shaved in an effort to raise valuable funds for the British Lung Foundation, only UK charity looking after the nation’s lungs. 

Tara decided to ‘brave the shave’ after the death of a loved one, she has reached out to friends and family for support and her efforts have raised an impressive £165 so far. 

Tara Fergusson, Care Assistant at Woodcross commented:

“I would like to say a big thank you to friends, family and Colleagues who have sponsored me. The British Lung Foundation is a charity close to my heart that carry valuable research and provide expert support for those living with lung conditions.”
