HC-One’s Drummohr care home in Wallyford welcomed some exotic visitors on Monday 12th August when ZooLab came to visit.
A group of twenty Residents gathered in the lounge to greet the guests from ZooLab, who introduced the different animals by name and told facts about their diet, habitat and behaviour.
Everyone was given the chance to touch or hold the animals, which ranged from a snake to a millipede, Residents commented that they enjoyed meeting the different creatures and hope to get the chance to meet some more animals very soon.
Mirelle Fyvie, Home Manager at Drummohr said: “Thank you ZooLab for visiting Drummohr and bringing some wonderful creatures for all to meet, it was great to see Residents faces light up when they got the chance to see and hold the animals up close.”
