In celebration of National Pie Week, Victoria House hosted a pie and peas night for the Residents and invited local entertainer Amazing Melodies.
Residents from all suites came together to enjoy the event, where they sang and danced the afternoon away.
The staff at Victoria House all donated money, which went towards the Residents’ fund, to join in on the celebrations.
The entertainer sang a wide range of songs, including songs from the past, which prompted the Residents to all reminisce together.
Joanne Holmes, Home Manager at Victoria House, commented:
“It was really special to see all of the Residents and staff engaging with each other. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the entertainer.”
