At Brookview’s Westwood Lodge nursing home, Residents and Colleagues have enjoyed celebrating VE Day with an afternoon tea.
A selection of cakes, tea, coffee and alcoholic drinks were served while some music was played in the background. Residents enjoyed reminiscing about VE Day with a slice of cake and a refreshing drink.
Chloe Webb, Wellbeing Coordinator, said, “Residents enjoyed taking a trip back, and of course the cakes and drinks went down a treat.”
