Love was in the air at HC-One’s Claremont care home in Ayr as Residents celebrated Valentine’s Day last week.
Everyone received a special card from their ‘secret admirer’ along with a single red rose, Residents reminisced about how they met their partners and previous Valentine’s Day celebrations as the lounge was decorated with love themed balloons and streamers.
Local performer, Douglas Jenkinson visited the home to provide entertainment at the Douglas View Valentine’s Day party, he performed love songs from decades past and everyone enjoyed singing and dancing to their favourites.
A great day was had by all, Residents commented that it was wonderful to celebrate Valentine’s Day together and reminisce about their loved ones.
