Holme Lea residential and residential memory care home, in Stalybridge, tuned into the digital awards this year that are held by Tameside Local Authority, called the Cristal Awards.
The awards were started in 2019 but due to the pandemic, the 2020 was cancelled.
This year Colleagues at Holme Lea nominated the home for various awards and on everyone was over the moon that the home won two Cristal awards!
Jordan Norton, Wellbeing Coordinator, won the ‘Celebrating Personalisation’ award. This was because of him demonstrating personal wellbeing plans for Residents within the home.
Holme Lea also won ‘Transformation Team’ for the second time, which was just an amazing achievement.
Craig Hardman, Care Home Manager, commented, “An amazing outcome for the home to pick up two awards from the local authority’s care awards.”
