Everyone from the housekeepers to the manager are really special. The whole team has been very considerate of us and our mum.
“That lady (Mary) has the most patience I have ever encountered working in care, she is always cheerful and happy, she treats mum and the other Residents like they are her family. You know when Mary is working, she is always singing and dancing to keep the Residents happy, I have never known anyone more dedicated, she’s special. She’s got the X-factor.”

Kadie Edwards, Colleague at Trafalgar Park Care Home:
“Mary trained me when I first started, she taught me a lot of things to support the Residents of the home. Mary knows every Resident extremely well, literally inside out. I noticed that whenever Mary is working, the atmosphere is so happy, and all of the Residents engage with her. She always makes sure that everyone is ok and that both Residents and staff are happy, she always has time for everyone.”
