Residents from HC-One’s Meadowlands care home in Aberdare visited a local Remembrance Service on Sunday 11th November where they laid poppy wreathes in honour of those who served in World War I.
Three Residents visited the Remembrance Service on Armistice Day, it was an equally emotional and proud day for two Resident who have served in the Armed Forces.
Everyone lay their poppy wreathes with their personal messages and remembered those who served in World War I.
