HC-One’s The Cambridge care home enjoyed celebrations recently as they held a harvest festival within the home.
Residents and Relatives enjoyed the week of festivities as they took part in a variety of activities, including creating conker wreaths, home made apple bird feeders, and experiencing a harp concert.
During the harvest festival event on 27th September, performer, Marilyn Drisdoll, sang for everyone in the home as they were all dancing and singing along to her wonderful voice.
Residents remarked at how fantastic the event was, and how much they enjoyed getting creative with Colleagues at the home.
Sham Deonarine, Home Manager, commented: “A fantastic afternoon was had by all today. It is wonderful to celebrate harvest festival as one big family.”
