HC-One’s Waterside Care Home in Tipton is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The team at Waterside were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents and is Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive and Well-Led.
The inspectors were full of praise for colleagues at Waterside Care Home, highlighting the caring, and kind ways in which they provide care for Residents. This was echoed by Residents and relatives, who made comments such as
“My mum has excellent care here” and "Care is 'out of this world’”.
The report highlighted the independence for Residents encouraged by the team at Waterside, with one relative saying
"They [staff] are encouraging", and a Resident commenting,
"I do what I want, and they help me do the rest".
