Tile Hill Residents make use out of new in-home barDuring a friendly home meeting, Resident Carol Hawkins advised that she would like a bar in the home; she previously owned a bar in Majorca for many years. After many conversations, Victoria Gardens care home, purchased a mini-bar for the conservatory and filled this with chosen drinks by all the Residents.

Carol then supported the opening of the bar by pouring the first glasses of wine for the other Residents in the conservatory at that time. She remarked, “This was a fantastic evening and the wine was very nice.”

Ruth Pritchard, Mavis Hallows and Maria Pasik, all fellow Residents at the home thoroughly enjoyed the wine. Ruth said, “What a lovely idea and how nice does the bar look.”

One Colleague commented, “The Residents thoroughly enjoyed this and commented what a difference this will make to their daily routine.”
