Today, one of the Resident`s at the Scunthorpe based care home, Valerie finally finished the jigsaw she had started a week ago.
Valerie had been committed to finishing the beautiful jigsaw that depicted two tigers. It was incredibly hard to do. A couple of Residents did help at times but Valerie did the majority of the jigsaw and when it was finally complete today she was really proud of herself; as were the rest of the staff and Residents who had been spectating over the last few days.
One member of staff remarked, “Valerie has worked so hard on finishing the puzzle”
Everyone loved seeing the finished picture. With one Resident encouraging, “Hasn`t Valerie done really well?”
Julie Moult, Home Manager, said, “It was lovely to see Valerie look so happy and pleased with herself”.
