Residents at Rowan Garth along with members of the Care Team had a special “Grand National Party” on Saturday.
The Horse Racing was shown on a big screen with Sweepstakes (with some tasty chocolate prizes!) on each race while everyone enjoyed a few drinks and refreshments.
Everyone loved cheering on the horses and dressing up in Jockey Hats for the occasion.
Home Manager, Anthony Byrne, commented:
"Many of our Residents are big horse racing fans so it was nice to do something a bit special for the Grand National!"
