HC-One’s Beaconsfield Court Care Home in Barnard Castle, County Durham welcomes The Rt Rvd Paul Butler, Bishop of Durham.
Residents and staff at Beaconsfield Court were delighted to welcome Paul Butler into the home during his annual four day prayer walk around his Diocese.
Residents were absolutely thrilled with his visit, with Mary Prentice commenting:
“Now I’ve met the Mayor and the Bishop of Durham, next time could we arrange the pope?”
Bishop Paul Butler commented:
“I love Prayer Walks because they are a great way to discover an area, meet its people and pray together with them.”
Beaconsfield Court’s Home Manager, Anne Johnson commented:
“It was a pleasure to welcome the Bishop into Beaconsfield court. We were delighted he took the time to meet and pray with our Residents.”
