Residents at The Beeches care home in Dukinfield had stacks of fun as they celebrated Pancake Day with a selection of sweet treats.
Kitchen staff at the home cooked up the delicious desserts, and offered a selection of fillings including lemon and sugar, syrup, sauces and chocolate spread.
Everyone enjoyed their pancakes, with a number of Residents having two or three so they could try out the different toppings.
Catherine said: “The pancakes were very tasty. I had mine with lemon and sugar. I remember making them when the grandchildren were younger.”
Ivy commented: “I really enjoyed the pancakes. I have a sweet tooth so had extras, and liked the syrup with mine.”
Sade, Wellbeing Coordinator at The Beeches, said: “Everyone really enjoyed celebrating Pancake Day together. Our chef did a tremendous job of cooking up the sweet treats.”
