Tetbury care home Residents enjoy educational visit from RSPBResidents at Ilsom House care home in Tetbury, Gloucestershire enjoyed an educational presentation from The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB).

Founded in 1889, the RSPB inspires people to give nature a home and secure a healthy environment for wildlife.

People living at Ilsom House were joined by their loved ones for an illustrative talk from a local representative from RSPB, followed by a questions and answers session.

Residents enjoyed looking at photos of bird species that they may see appear in the garden, while they were informed about each breed’s behaviour and characteristics.

The talk went down a treat, particularly with those who have a passion for bird-watching in the garden at Ilsom House. One Resident said: “That was a thoroughly enjoyable talk with lovely photos.”
