Priorslee House care home in Telford, Shropshire, are celebrating success after Residents and Relatives voted them as one of the Top 20 recommended care homes in the West Midlands in the carehome.co.uk awards 2022.
Carehome.co.uk, the UK's leading care home directory and comparison website, holds its annual Care Home Awards to recognise the 20 top-rated care homes in each region of the UK. These are based on individual review scores that carehome.co.uk have received from Residents, and their friends, family and loved ones, demonstrating real life opinions and first-hand experiences from those most closely connected to the home.
Priorslee House received an overall rating of 10/10 based on independent reviews, in recognition of the high standards of care provided at the home – which provides residential and residential dementia services for the local community.
The 71-bed home is newly built and beautifully designed around an attractive central courtyard garden. The home offers state-of-the-art, luxury accommodation in three communities with additional hotel style services and facilities. The home’s Severn Salon is particularly popular with Residents who are looking to treat themselves to a manicure, beauty treatment of new hairdo.

“On arrival, you get a professional, warm welcome, where you are asked who you are here to see (secure). Clean, well-presented areas throughout the house, with a well-stocked and variable selection of drinks and snacks (freshly made cake). I've not got a bad word to say about all aspects of the Priorslee House offering. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this establishment to anybody seeking respite or a more permanent stay.”
