HC-One’s Douglas View care home in Hamilton is celebrating the hard work numerous members of the team with a special award ceremony with Residents.
Tea and cake were served to Residents as Home Manager, Katy Jenks presented Colleagues with several different awards. Jennifer Boyle was the first to be presented with an award, which was to celebrate her 10 years long service, followed by Claire Bradley who received her Nursing Assistant Certificate.
Isobel Black, Karen Tait, Dorothy Shaw and Susan Marshall were awarded with Emergency First Aid At Work certificates. Finally, Leanne McKenna and Siobhan McCluskey received Kindness in Care awards as recognition for their outstanding care of residents during the festive period.
Residents congratulated everyone who received an award and commented after that it was lovely to watch them be presented with awards for their hard work.
