Residents at Brooklands care home in Grimsby enjoyed a day of sun, sea and sand at the home’s beach-themed party.
Colleagues decorated the home with a Hawaiian theme as Residents were joined by their loved ones for a fun-filled day.
The event started off with a delicious serving of fish, chips and mushy peas, followed by a refreshing ice cream.
Guests then took part in a limbo competition, with summer songs playing throughout, before Residents and their loved ones battled it out in a game of Hook-a-Duck.
Melanie Walton, Home Manager at Brooklands, said: “It was brilliant to see so many happy, smiling faces at our summer party. We are already looking forward to inviting everyone back to the home as we prepare an exciting line-up of events for the remainder of the year.”
