Summer fundraiser is a huge success at The BirchesMembers of the care team at HC-One’s The Birches Care Home in Crieff, Perthshire have raised over £800 through a summer fund-raiser dance.

Hosted by The Royal British Legion in Crieff and starring Ray Blondell, over 80 people attended the dance as well as Residents, Home Manager Robert Ainslie, Wellfare Organiser Christine Potter, Chef Charmaine Boswell and Housekeeping Lauren McGuire.

Everyone had a great evening dancing along to Ray Blondell; his repertoire consisted of modern music as well as songs from the 60s to the present day.

A fantastic £860 was raised which is going towards the Residents’ comfort fund.

“Thank you to everyone involved, the generosity of the people and the businesses of Crieff was overwhelming.”

Ray Blondell is a massive hit at The Birches, entertaining Residents and guests at the Tea Dance, which is held every Friday of the month 2 – 4pm.
