Colleagues at Silverwood care home in Rotherham have been busy preparing for the home’s annual summer fair as they plan on transporting guests across the globe.
The fair will offer foods from different cuisines across the world, from South East Asia to the Middle East.
Silverwood was delighted to strengthen its relationship with organisations in the local community, as local business King Cod Fish and Chip Shop donated food trays to the home for the big day.
Carrie Ann Davies, Home Manager at Silverwood, said: “We were delighted to receive such a generous donation from King Cod ahead of our special day! Gestures like these highlight the level of community spirit in our neighbourhood.”
