Beeches care home in Nottingham was delighted to welcome members of the community to join Residents at the home’s annual summer fayre.
This year’s main attraction was a beautiful unicorn and miniature pony, which were a popular hit for many young guests at the summer fayre.
The other activities on offer included a bouncy castle, singers, dancers, a variety of stalls and even an ice cream van, which helped everyone keep refreshed at the event.
The day was a brilliant success, with a fantastic £400 being raised for the Residents’ Comfort Fund.
Residents and their loved ones thoroughly enjoyed the day, with Joyce commenting: “I loved our summer fayre. The miniature pony was lovely.”
Linda Sturdy, Home Manager at Beeches, said: “It was brilliant to see everyone enjoying themselves at our summer fayre. Raising such a great amount really was the cherry on top of the cake.”
