HC-One’s Beaconsfield Court care home in Barnard Castle welcomed friends, family and members of the local community to its annual Summer Fayre on Sunday 11th August.
Residents and guests were treated to a fun-filled day, with a variety of stalls, a tombola, raffle, bouncy castle and delicious food with live entertainment throughout. Everyone browsed the stalls admiring and purchasing different items from jewellery to books before heading to the food stalls and socialising together.
A great time was had by all, especially the homes Residents who commented on how lovely it was to get meet some new friendly people and spend time socialising as a community.
Beaconsfield Court Home Manager, Laura Langridge said: “Thank you to everyone for coming along to our Summer Fayre, it was such a special day and all of the money raised during the Summer Fayre has been donated to the Resident’s Comfort Fund.”
