HC-One’s Claremont Care Home in Ayr, Ayrshire have enjoyed a successful summer fete earlier this month.
Residents, families, friends and the team at Claremont all came together to make their summer fete a huge success, resulting in a fantastic turn out on a beautiful summer day.
Everyone was entertained with music from the talented Marcus on his guitar, followed by the ukulele group.
Gorgeous cakes were on display and tea was offered on arrival. Visitors had plenty to keep them occupied, with a book, baking and craft stall, hook-a-duck, face painting as well as a massive selection of raffle prizes.
An amazing £838.89 was raised on the day for the Resident’s fund; this money is used to treat the Residents’ to things that they request and has previously been used for theatre trips, activities, developing the gardens and the units within the home.
