Residents from HC-One’s Sabourn Court care home in Leeds enjoyed a lovely stroll through Roundhay Park where they admired the scenery and fed the ducks.
It was a beautiful summers day when Residents from Sabourn Court visited their local park, they enjoyed the peaceful setting as they fed the ducks and swans. Everyone shared stories and chatted as they watched the world go by.
Sabourn Court Home Manager, Susan Winterburn said: “I am delighted that our Residents had a wonderful day at Roundhay Park, the weather was perfect and the smiles on everyone’s faces really said it all.”
